1 cup milk or water (whichever the mix calls for)
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup finely chopped apple (about 1 medium apple)

Prepare the pancake batter as instructed on the box of the pancake mix.
These preparations usually call for milk or water.
Once the mixture is incorporated and batter is smooth, stir in brown sugar and apples.
Allow mixture to stand for five minutes while griddle warms up to about 375 degrees.
You can also prepare these on the stove in a frying pan set over medium high heat.
Be sure to grease your pan or griddle well between each batch.
