Ooh la la! Le Crepe es tres Bonne!
Crepe Recipe Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Crepe Recipe Directions
Whisk together flour and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add in the milk and water, gradually, stirring to combine.
Next, add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
To properly prepare crepes you will need a frying pan over medium high heat.
Make one crepe at a time.
Pour ¼ of a cup of batter into the frying pan.
Quickly, before batter hardens tilt the pan in a circular motion to distribute the batter evenly.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown.
When the crepe comes clean from the pan, it's ready to turn.
Turn and cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
To serve, roll crepes with a variety of sweet or savory fillings,
or simply serve with warm syrup and melted butter.
Top with a garnish of powdered sugar and Voila!
Serve hot or cold.
